Long (top or bottom of health stories, such as GLP-1 medicines, pregnancy tests and LED masks):

This story explains how something works, for general information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified health professional. Do not start, stop or change any medicine or treatment because of it. Consumer devices are not a substitute for medical tests unless they are approved for that use. In an emergency, call 112 or your local emergency number.

Long (story pages):

Products in this story are generic illustrations, not a specific brand or model, unless the story says so. Nobody pays to have a product featured. Brand names are used only to identify the product or topic, and trademarks belong to their owners. Any sponsored or affiliate content would be clearly labelled.

4. AI tools and Content Credentials

Short (footer or under each story):

Made with the help of AI tools and checked against primary sources. Videos carry Content Credentials.

Long (story pages and About page):

Parts of each story, such as animation, illustrations and first drafts, are made with the help of artificial intelligence tools. Every story is reviewed and checked against primary sources before it is published, and I remain responsible for it. The sources for each claim are listed with the story. The videos carry Content Credentials (C2PA), a standard that records how a piece of media was made; you can inspect them with a viewer such as contentcredentials.org/verify.

Long (story pages):

Every claim is checked against sources, but mistakes can still happen, and science and products change. If you think something in this story is wrong or out of date, write to a direct message on Instagram with the subject "Correction", the page address, what you think is wrong and, if you can, a source. Every report is read. When a material error is fixed, the story is updated and a dated correction note is added at the bottom, so you can see what changed.
